We want to invite you to visit our world and tell you about the company’s history, philosophy and values.
Let’s start with the simple things like this glass of wholesome milk, which is delivered fresh to our plant every morning during the production period.

The Paluani tradition dates back to 1921 and ever since then our cakes and confectionery have been known for their wholesome ingredients.
Our master pastry bakers have always guaranteed the quality of our production processes.

Paluani has three product categories: traditional products (pandoros, panettones and colombas), chocolate confectionery (Easter eggs) and, lastly, sweet snacks (croissants, doughnuts and pandorini), all naturally leavened and made by skilfully blending tradition with quality.
We use no genetically modified ingredients. In addition the entire Paluani quality system is certified.

Our strengths are simplicity and quality, the same characteristics made us buy Chievo Verona way back in 1980.
In fact, it is no coincidence that Paluani invested in this team: the company’s entire management has run around kicking a ball while wearing the strip of Chievo, the team named after a suburb of Verona. For thirty years the historic Bottagisio pitch was the backdrop for the rise of this small local club through the league table. A modern fairytale that has kept the world on tenterhooks.
